Hi, I'm Sina

I’m a passionate Training, Nutrition & Posing Coach with over 16 years of experience in the fitness world. I know you may be contemplating a leap towards your health and fitness goals, and perhaps you’re unsure if now is the right time. Believe me, I get it, but there’s never going to be a ‘perfect time’ to start!


Change can be scary! But here’s the thing – change is where the magic happens; it’s where growth and transformation begin. So let’s take that first step together. Trust me, you won’t regret it!


Over the past 16 years, my journey has been a blend of lifting weights, climbing mountains, finding balance on the yoga mat, and teaching group fitness classes – all of which have shaped me into the coach I am today. In 2017, I stepped onto the bodybuilding stage for the first time, and it was a life-changing moment. Since then, I’ve earned the New Zealand & Oceania ICN Pro title in Ms. Fitness Model, and I’ve developed a deep passion for helping others push beyond their limits and reach their goals.


A few fun facts about me:

  • I love mountain biking and climbing as much as I love lifting weights.
  • Crafting stage posing routines for bodybuilding competitions is one of my biggest passions!
  • Yoga and calisthenics are my go-to for flexibility and balance.

  • How do I receive the program?

    Your program is available through my website on the members area section after you have purchased. Choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly or 3 monthly based program. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! Making sure that anyone around the globe can access this program is a top priority for me

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    Yes, we can tailor the plan for you to complete in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would however need to select 'Home Only' at sign up.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email me with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - Is this good for a beginner?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve a change of exercises, new focus for workouts and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
